Do you ever dream you are falling?
No. I dream but infrequently, and have never dreamt a dream of falling. But, in my slumber, I have been gripped with the inexorable terror of a fast and unstoppable rising, rushing me ever closer to the water's silvery meniscus, beyond which is the dry, bursting Upspace, the unfathomable mirror world in which I am now condemned to dwell and offer advice.
